Scott is a consultant in the Competition and Telecoms practices in Frontier’s London office.
He first joined Frontier in 2017 as a long-term intern, before re-joining the firm in 2019 following his MPhil in Economics at the University of Cambridge. During his time at Frontier, Scott has worked on projects across a number of practice areas, including work in: competition, energy, strategy, telecoms and public policy.
His recent work has involved providing advisory support to clients on litigation and follow-on damages, merger assessments, abuse of dominance assessments and market investigations, as well as telecoms sector-specific work relating to network investment, spectrum and consumer regulation. He has worked with clients including Three, Vodafone, Diageo and ETNO, as well as clients in the digital space and public sector (DCMS, Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority). This work has spanned a range of jurisdictions including the UK and Channel Islands, Europe, Indonesia and South Africa.
