Marta is passionate about providing innovative solutions to commercial, regulatory and public policy challenges.
She joined the Madrid office in 2020 and is currently based in London. During her time at Frontier, Marta has worked on projects across multiple practice areas for clients based in Europe and Latin America, with a focus on energy and strategy practices. Examples of her project work include litigation cases, market design and market pricing in the energy sector, assessing policy options towards decarbonising the transport sector, green products design, analysing consumer decisions using behavioural economics, or teaching on how to improve public policy design using behavioural insights as part of a course for energy regulators. She is also part of the pro-bono network.
Before joining Frontier, she worked as a Research Assistant at Pompeu Fabra University for several professors. She was actively involved in a study carried out jointly by the UPF Department of Economics and Business and the Institute for Global Health of Barcelona (ISGlobal) aiming at analysing the impact of short-term pollution on students’ cognitive aspects.
Marta holds a BSc in Economics and a BA in Law from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and an MSc in Economics (Cum Laude) with a specialisation in Sustainable Development from Tilburg University.
She is a native Spanish and Catalan speaker, and fluent in English.
