Joe applies quantitative techniques and economic analysis to create insights for clients across sectors.
Since joining Frontier, Joe has worked on merger cases before the UK competition authority; arbitration cases in the Energy and Telecoms sectors, and a diverse range of regulatory topics. He has also contributed to the evaluation of policy interventions, and provided advice to clients on the use of econometric analysis.
Before joining Frontier, he completed a PhD in Economics at Lancaster University. While at Lancaster, he evaluated the impact of various English education policies on student attainment.
